RacketBound brings together adult tennis players in Beirut. Completing the signup form adds you to our early-access list. It does not create an app account.
Your details are not visible to other players. We use them to organize app invitations, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising. You can ask us to remove your entry at any time.
Who is responsible
Ali Moghnieh is responsible for RacketBound and the information collected through this waitlist. For questions about your information, email support@racketbound.com.
What we collect
- Your first name and the WhatsApp number or email address you choose for your invitation.
- Your playing level, usual playing times, and the club or court you provide, if any.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older and agree to receive a launch invitation.
- Your signup date, the privacy notice version, your invitation status and a request identifier that helps prevent duplicate entries.
We save your waitlist entry only when you finish both steps and submit the form.
How we use your details
We use your playing level, usual playing times and optional court information to plan the Beirut launch and decide when to send invitations. We will contact you by WhatsApp or email, whichever you selected. Joining the list does not guarantee a match or immediate app access.
If you choose email, we may also send a signup confirmation through Resend. We record the sending status and number of attempts so we can retry failures without repeatedly emailing you. A confirmation does not grant app access.
We do not track clicks or unfinished signups on the landing page.
Who can access your details
RacketBound team members who manage invitations can access the list. Our database provider, Supabase, processes the information for storage. When we send an invitation or signup confirmation, WhatsApp or the email service used to deliver it also processes the contact and message information needed for delivery. Resend processes confirmation emails, including your name, email address and message content.
Hosting providers may process connection information to deliver and protect the service. Processing may take place outside Lebanon. The waitlist is not publicly accessible.
Keeping the form safe
To prevent repeated or automated submissions, we temporarily store a coded identifier derived from your IP address and the time of each allowed submission attempt. These security records contain no raw IP address or contact details and are normally deleted within 25 hours.
How long we keep your details
Your waitlist entry expires 12 months after signup. We automatically remove expired entries, normally within one hour of expiry. We remove your entry sooner if you ask us to, or when the Beirut prelaunch list closes, whichever happens first.
This period applies to the waitlist entry. If you later create an app account, the app's privacy notice explains how account information is handled.
Update your details or leave the list
To correct your details or leave the list, email support@racketbound.com. Include the email address or WhatsApp number you used to sign up. We may ask you to verify that contact before making changes. You do not need an app account to make a request.
